In Mint iOS SDK, can I add an extra data value that's not a String?

Hello all,

I am trying to send a boolean and integer value as extra data using iOS Mint SDK in Swift and it seems like they only accept String in extra data. Is this true?
Previously, I implemented Android version and they allowed an "object" as a value and the server was able to parse them accordingly based on their type. Is this not possible for iOS?
