How to send clear events from Splunk to Service Now

Hi Everyone,

               Can someone please help OR let me know the steps on how to send clear events from Splunk to Service Now?

    For Ex: Hung threads showing for the first 15 minutes from an alert and sending an events to Service Now for a particular CI and the next 15 minutes no hung threads found from an alert
