How can I upload Splunk app containing hidden files and folders to Splunkbase?

I have an App which contains third party python libraries containing binaries.

Some of these binaries are in the form of hidden files and folders and have to be kept in such form for the proper functioning of the app. But, I am unable to upload this app to the Splunkbase.

How can I upload such app on the Splunk base?
