Is there anyway to notify two different HipChat rooms based off the same search?

Example: I'd like to notify two different rooms: our user chat of a general failure of a product, but give a more detailed message in our support chat for our techs to look at.

Unfortunately no. You can only set one room in the alert action config, and you can't add more than one instance of an alert action to a saved search.
