Hi all,
I am trying to integrate Splunk with TEMIP (Telecommunications Management Information Platform). TEMIP is a ticketing tool which is used for ticketing purpose in Network Operation Centre (NOC).
I want to integrate Splunk with TEMIP so that all the Splunk servers related alerts will come in TEMIP. and proactively raise TroubleTicket (TT) and solve them.

Yes, you can create tickets and mark it solve using Splunk Alerts.
You can create Custom Alerts in Splunk which communicates with TEMIP System and create/update tickets.
