Has anyone integrated Splunk Enterprise with TEMIP (Telecommunications Management Information Platform)?

Hi all,

I am trying to integrate Splunk with TEMIP (Telecommunications Management Information Platform). TEMIP is a ticketing tool which is used for ticketing purpose in Network Operation Centre (NOC).
I want to integrate Splunk with TEMIP so that all the Splunk servers related alerts will come in TEMIP. and proactively raise TroubleTicket (TT) and solve them.

Hi isabel_krystina,

Yes, you can create tickets and mark it solve using Splunk Alerts.

You can create Custom Alerts in Splunk which communicates with TEMIP System and create/update tickets.

Kindly go through below link. It helps you to create custom alerts.

https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/SplunkCloud/6.6.3/Alert/CreateCustomAlerts

Thanks.
