Hadoop CLI install

Path Finder

I have Hadoop cluster up and running and the version is 2.6
I'm trying to get the CLI install so it would be connected to my Splunk version 6.5.
When i go to http://archive.apache.org/dist/hadoop/common/hadoop-2.6.0/
and get the link address and paste it in my hadoop, it says it can't be reached! why is that?

Is there any way i can do it through the Cloudera manager?

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Warm regards,
