Data Source Check failing to identify Live Data but required Searches return count 100

I'm trying to set up the Data Sources and confirm the Data Source Content, however there seems to be an issue where the automated search fails to find the Live Data even though when the search is opened they return count 100. how would I go about troubleshooting and resolving the issue?
Our NextGen Firewalls are Palo Alto, and all the searches run and return a count, but still shows as no Live Data
Example Content "Access to In-Scope Unencrypted Resources"
Must have Firewall data - shows read error but "open in search" returns count 100
Must have an app field - shows read error but "open in search" returns count 100
Must have workday in this data source - shows read error but "open in search" returns count 100
Some other auto searches run successfully though and are green.
