DB connect Upgrade failed - failed to login splunkd

After DBconnect  3.5.0 installation tried to migrate the configuration settings from 3.1.4 to 3.5.0 on Splunk Enterprise 7.3.2.

failed with SSL error : certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:618).

Any help on this.

Well i got this corrected with valid certificate and Upgraded to Dbconnect 3.5.0 without any error.
