DB connect: Not able to create a connection using jTDS driver to connect to MS SQL server

I am not able to create new connection. Throwing an error "There was an error processing your request. It has been logged (ID ###)".

DB connect version: 3.3

MS SQL server version: 12

jTDS driver version: 1.3.1

I tried to find the cause of error from logs (index=_internal sourcetype=dbx_server ID###), shows something like this "ERROR io.dropwizard.jersey.errors.loggingexceptionmapper error handling a request". I don't understand this error.

Please suggest solution.
