Some data populated on the dashboard, but not on Customer Usage -->Accounts. Anyone has any ideas about it?

Thanks,

Can you give more details on how to remove the quota limitation? I couldn't find the variable to remove.
Also, it would be very helpful if you can tell where I can find the name of Organization Unit (OU) that a user belongs to. May be from which API that I need to include in the log.
Thank you,

I believe that dashboard has a flaw that I've been meaning to fix. It assumes a quota, and the math returns < 0 for "non-quota" accounts, so nothing displays. Remove the quota limitation in the dashboard and it should populate.
