Create MSSQL Server linked server to connect with splunk?

We are building our DataWharehouse and decided on Splunk as a data repository, but we decided to use microsoft SSIS for data mining but we have a problem. I need to create a Linked server in MSSQL for Splunk. It is possible? Do you have any guides for me to follow?
