Can we place live location tracker in Geo fence ?

I want live location tracker inside fence
for Example we can take truck .If the truck moves outside of the fence we must get alert .Please suggest any splunk default apps from splunkbase

Owntracks enables beacons and waypoints, this would generate events in Splunk which could then be actioned in Splunk
