Anyone know when NetApp Data for Ontap TA will be updated for 8.0, or is there a workaround?

Hi, I've been trying to install this app:

https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/1293/

which uses this TA:

https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/3418/

But unfortunately it uses UI components which break the web interface. Does anyone have NetApp devices and have a workaround to onboard this data into Splunk 8.0?
