Alert manager app redirects to different app while opening

I have installed Alert Manager & Add-On. While opening the home page of the application, it redirects me to different application's home page.

This is very strange as I have not modified or manually configured any parameters. Just downloaded the package and installed it.

Did anyone observe the same issue? If yes please suggest.
