I could see below error after updating the app to 3.6.0
Error parsing JSON response.
Something went wrong: [{"type":"ERROR","text":"Error parsing JSON response."}]
And alert manager is not responding and loading for long time
Any suggestion to fix this issue?

Please can you confirm what version of Splunk you are using? Have you restarted Splunk since installing?
Please can you check $SPLUNK_HOME/var/log/ for any other errors relating to the alert manager app when you load it in the browser?

Splunk enterprise version 9.3.3.
Yes, I have restarted Splunk instance
I could see alert manager enterprise is not able to capture our proxy settings. So it returns 404.
Could you help us to add proxy to capture by alert manager?
