AVAYA CALL: What format should I use for SMDR from Avaya Aura?

I would like to use AVAYA_CALL to log data from an Avaya Aura server. On the CDR System Parameters screen, I see four options for output formats: customized, int-direct, int-process, lsu, and unformatted. I do not see an SMDR format.

Which of these formats should I choose?

The application AVAYA_call is not done for the AVAYA AURA system (IPOFFICE only). But i can adapt it this application graciously.
Choose output formats unformatted to my splunk platform and make a few calls indoor/outdoor.
For that, send me your email to exchange technical information directly.

Hi Jean-Louis, do you have a way for us to use the AVAYA_Call app, with the AVAYA Aura System?
Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
Since Aura doesn't support SMDR don't know how i can solve this 😕

I'm already using an older version of the Avaya CDR Capture tool, so now I'm thinking I can adapt this: https://uwengkai.wordpress.com/2012/08/07/avaya-cdr-capturing-tool/

Info on the SMDR format is here: https://downloads.avaya.com/elmodocs2/ip_office/R1.3/40DHB0002USDT_1.pdf

Info on the CDR formats is here (pg 1433-1478): https://downloads.avaya.com/elmodocs2/comm_mgr/r2_0/245801_1_1/233506_7/233506_7.pdf
