3.1.1 download

How can I download 3.1.1? I need to revert back.
multiple issues with 3.1.3 and I need to go back to previous release.

If I have the 3.1.1 app on a SH server can I simply copy it to my HF?

Shoot splunk support a link, they hopefully will send you an old tar. However, I strongly recommend 3.1.3 over 3.1.1

The dbxout is no longer working.
I have a support case open however they do not suggest downgrading.
I updated to 7.1.1 and dbconnect from 3.1.1 to 3.1.3 at the same time. By the time I realized the output was no longer working our backups had rolled over. Anyways the error is below:
