created alert an alert -no longer see it even as admin get email messages from splunk report

I created an alert using my personal user id that has admin rights. I receive the email to my personal email that the alert has run however when i click the link from the email i receive a 404 error. I tried to login with my user id and find the alert and i cannot see it. I logged in as admin user and still do no see the alert.

This was a scheduled report and not an alert -- so this is why I could not find it under alerts.
