Need to download my Splunk certificate

Hi,

Recently I have completed my Splunk Security Admin certification, but old links are not working any more and please share the new link, I have also tried to download as per the instructions provided in Splunk docs like I need to go to Splunk.com then support portal then get started, my problem is I am not getting get started button instead it’s showing visit Splunk partners website, and after visiting there it’s showing my account is inactive.

why is it that critical to get my own certificate now a days. Please help me getting full link where I can directly download my certificate.

Log in to the Partner Portal at https://partners.splunk.com, then navigate to Profile > My Credentials. Here, you can view a list of your current active and in-progress certifications and accreditations. To download a PDF copy, simply click the "Download" option in the Certificate column.

If you are not a partner, Send an email to certification@splunk.com

Thanks for your reply, yeah I have tried it already but my problem was my account was showing inactive I have connected to certification@splunk.com but they are also not able to resolve it, so finally I have raised anoher case with Splunk to reactivate my account on partner site.

@ajitabh Great, Hopefully, raising the new case with Splunk will help resolve the account issue.

You might have resolved this but just incase, or if its useful for others in the future, there is a really useful PDF provided by the education team at https://www.splunk.com/en_us/pdfs/training/how-to-view-your-splunk-certifications.pdf which shows the current process for retrieving your certificate.

TLDR:

If you are a Partner you can download them from https://splunk.my.site.com/partner/s/credentials

If you are not a partner visit: https://splunk.my.site.com/customer/s/list-views/certifications

If you have any issues then certification@splunk.com is your best contact.
