How to acquire Splunk ID to create account in Pearson VUE?

I am creating an account in Pearson VUE but I am unable to proceed due to the SPLUNK ID requirement. Any idea how to acquire it? Or should I wait for Pearson VUE to send me the details?

Hi @harvey07

you need to fill the form using following URL for Splunk ID , then you will get an email from Splunk with in 2 to 3 business days with SplunkID m that can be used to create Pearson account

if you didnt get an email in 2 to 3 business days , please sent an email to certification@splunk.com for splunkID

HI @SanjayReddy appreciate this guidance you shared, I have created an account already and link my personal email last Friday (25th Feb) but the system said I should wait for around 4 hours and I should receive an email with the details, unluckily I am still waiting for it. Anyhow, perhaps I just wait instead for 2 to 3 working days and check my mailbox.

I will follow up with certification@splunk.com by probably Thursday if I still don't have it.

Thanks for the exam registration tutorial also, appreciate it. 🙂

I have the same situation that I have not receivced the Email in 3 days.Have you got the splunk id finally?

Just wanted to reply to this thread and add to @SanjayReddy 's comment.

Yes, please send certification@splunk.com an email if you haven't received your "Authorization to Test" email with your SPLUNK ID from Pearson Vue within 2-3 business days.
