Downloading Issue

I am unable to download free Splunk enterprise for my System. Whenever I am trying to download it redirects me to the terms and agreement policy and there I am not able to find any ways to proceed further to download.

I am using windows 64 bit operating system.

It will be very helpful if someone can tell me the way to download it in my System.

I suggest to change browser.

Anyway if it still doesn't work, try to use wget comand from prompt

follow this guide to install wget on windows

use this wget comand to download splunk from comand line

wget -O splunk-8.1.3-63079c59e632-x64-release.msi 'https://www.splunk.com/bin/splunk/DownloadActivityServlet?architecture=x86_64&platform=windows&version=8.1.3&product=splunk&filename=splunk-8.1.3-63079c59e632-x64-release.msi&wget=true'
