There is no way to pass a token via the navigation menu. If you want to pass data between dashboards, you must use the drilldown in one dashboard to access another. That said, you could create your own navigation dropdown within the dashboard.

If i have two dashboards in one app, if i enter userid in dashboard1 it should pass the same userid to next dashboard. when i click on dashboard2, no need to enter User id again.

How are you navigating to Dashboard2, from Splunk menu or using a link/drilldown from dashboard1?
