whe you say "splunk apm" are you meaning the Splunk installation file or what else?

if the Spluk installation file, it depends on your operative system and you can follow the istructions at https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/9.1.2/Installation/Whatsinthismanual

for my knowledge Application Performance Monitoring is a premium App that you can download from Splunkbase if you buy a license.

If you want to see it, you can have a free trial in the page you shared, I suppose on Splunk Cloud.

I'm not sure, but this app isn't downloadable in Splunkbase, so I suppose is only in Cloud, Youshould ask to your reference Splunk Partner.
