SplunkのDiagファイルを取得する方法を教えて下さい。

Splunkの内部ログやサポートに必要な情報を取得するDiagというコマンドがあるそうですが、
どのように利用するのかおしえてください。

実際のコマンドの利用方法の例を掲示してほしいです。

サンプルとして、CentOS上で実行した以下の手順を記載致します。

# /opt/splunk/bin/splunk diag

Splunkが起動している状態でも停止している状態でも取得可能です。
