Redirecting to setup screen if not configured

How do I setup a redirect so that if the user clicks the App icon in the launcher, they get redirected to the setup screen?

I'm sure this has been answered somewhere, and I see more advanced questions than this, like this one:

but I'm not finding an example of how to do the simple case.

Hi, Did you a try with setup.xml in your default folder,is_configured = false in your app.conf?

I'd made my custom endpoint and setup.xml, but I didn't realize there was an app.conf setting for sending the user to the setup screen.
