When I configure two lookup input fields I get a mysql syntax error. Just configuring one does work sql wise.</P> <P>From the recent db connect errors search:</P> <PRE><CODE>com.splunk.dbx.lookup.DBLookupException: SQL error while performing lookup: com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLSyntaxErrorException: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'ANDportindex = 12' at line 1 </CODE></PRE> <P>mysql query log:</P> <PRE><CODE>33409 Query SELECT slot,number,name FROM port WHERE switchdomain = 58 ANDportindex = 3 </CODE></PRE> <P>So there is missing a whitespace after the AND.
