Info Box not updating with data

Within the PCI CC App it seems that some of the info boxes do not update with the proper information but instead return some HTML code. For example within the Clam AV screen in the "Last Update" info box it shows the following:

<p class="moduleException">[SingleValue module] Updated</p>

I am just wondering where I would look to troubleshoot this or if this is a known issue?

I saw this error as well on one of my App which has a SingleValue panel - it happened all of a sudden and I think it's due to some other Apps from Splunkbase I've installed and they kinda affect things. Does anyone have any hints on where to go about to troubleshoot and rectify the problem?

This is on 4.2.1.
