      <description>&lt;P&gt;Any new operation I want to perform with splunk app(search,web page monitor,...),I get message "The lookup table 'user_lookup' does not exist. It is referenced by configuration 'wrs".How can I fix it?Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
