&lt;P&gt;Message in the var/log/TA-XS60-Server log file:&lt;BR /&gt;

2013-02-13 00:25:47,565 - ERROR - unsupported XML-RPC protocol&lt;/MODULE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Splunkforwarder installed on a Windows2008R2-64bit with pyton 2.7.3 amd64 and some pyton files give the right output when started it manual within IDLE others like this one gives an error.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check your xsconfig.conf and especially the URL for connecting to your master .. I had the same error and it went away after I fixed a typo. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
