Is there any app in Splunk to monitor ups logs or any sample, demo ups monitoring dashboard available which I use as reference.

I couldn't found those with quickly looking. But if you googling "Splunk apc ups" you will get some ideas how to get data out with syslog and then just create those dashboards what you are needing (Voltage, reserve time etc.)
