I'm getting no results when I run any queries in splunk.

you have an infrastructural problem on you Splunk, your search head cannot reach the Indexer.

So check:

If you don't solve, open a case to Splunk Support.

A day before this error, we had a patching on universal forwarder , indexer and search head. I restarted the splunk and it fixed.

Just curious to know,

You said the network is OK? -- could you please elaborate.
