      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please provide more information about the use case.&amp;nbsp; How will you detect plain-text passwords?&amp;nbsp; "Being used" for what?&amp;nbsp; Aren't all passwords plain-text when they are entered?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
