License Usage page does not work

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately, from the license master server I can not see anything from the dashboards of the license usage page. I have also tried with the query below:

index=_internal sourcetype=splunkd source=*license_usage.log type=Usage idx=*

But nothing, no results found.

Could you please help me?

please could you detail your problem a bit more?

I am facing the same issue for a customer, the data before two weeks ago has disappeared, even if the resto of data belonging to _internal index is still online.
