Splunk UI loading very slow

Hi all,

I installed splunk enterprise 9.2.1 on my machine recently. There are no other external apps or components installed. But the UI is very slow. The loading time for each webpage, including the login page is slow. It takes around a minute to finish loading. Could anyone provide some suggestions as to why this is happening and how to fix it?

Hi @arun97 ,

usually these issues are related to the network bandwidth or low workstation memory.

Did you experienced this isuue on all Splunk dashboards or only in some of them?

Are you using a VPN? this usually give high slowness.

Hi @gcusello ,

yes. I am using a VPN and a workstation. The workstation has a memory of 16GB and all other applications are working fine.
