I biuld a chart in a dashboard.

I click a bar on the chart , splunk will show the bar detail logs to me.

Can I setting, when i click the bar , it will link another chart I set ?

Sure. But you should know a little about advanced XML syntax of splunk. Take a look in How to customize drilldown options - advanced example
