Hi Folks,
I have to compare(in percentage) and display the Year to Date value of 2020 & Year to Date value of 2019
for instance right now the Year to Date is May 22 2020 , so whatever the count we have from January 1st 2020 to May 22 2020 vs the count of January 1st 2019 to May 22 2019 in percentage and a trend

Thanks in advance

Thanks @to4kawa for responding appreciated... I have tried above query but doesn't seems to be work .. The requirement is I need to create a trend value that will compare the result in percentage from 01-01-2019 to current date of 2019 (ex, 04-06-2019) and 01-01-2020 to current date of 2020. Attaching the screenshot for reference. Also , I want to create this trend value on a custom field . Please let me know how I can achieve it..Thanks
