How do you share a dashboard with the public?

Is there way to share an app (dashboard) without login.

Meaning, we want to be able to send the URL so that someone without Splunk login can look at it.

Is that possible?

Beside the PDF delivery there is no way?

We want to show the dash on a special monitor to show stats in the office. but the monitor has no mouse or keyboard, so there is possibility to login.

You can use Report embeding to be able to show a Splunk report on a separate server, see http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/7.2.0/Report/Embedscheduledreports

Ok, now can a report be more than one search string?
Meaning I have a dash with many dashlets, Can that become a report?

Would it be a better option to convert the Dashboard to html?

Would that html page be able to be seen but those without Splunk?

If you want a dashboard with many panels, you will need to expose multiple reports and create a HTML page that embeds all of them.

Converting a dashboard to HTML will not help. You are exposing reports, not dashboards.

Could you tell me what the purpose of the the HTML dashboard is?

For my purpose, I am wondering if just creating a PDF of the Dashboard would suffice.

Keep your eye out for Splunk Developer Cloud, announced at .conf as one of the parts of 'Splunk Next', which allows you to build dashboards outside splunk, that are based on data from Splunk. The purpose of the dashboard is to have it be a permanent display on a monitor in our office, opened on launch by a rasberry pi

That is why we cannot login.

I tried exporting the dashboard to PDF, but it spins forever without creating the pdf.

Suggestions? @Rob2520
