How to set dashboard as public?

Hi everybody,

I'm new in Splunk and I want to know, how can I create an app and how can I create a public dashboard.

I have noticed here in my job that I don't have some options and always have to create a new dashboard,
this is created as private and I have no found a way to change it to public.

If someone has documentation, could share with me, please?

According to https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/7.3.0/Viz/DashboardPermissions, the basic user role can only create dashboards that are private to themselves. You may have only the user role.

is there any way to change the role /?? or who are authorized to change the permission of the dashboard other that User role ?
