Can we schedule a PDF delivery of a dashboard (using sendmail) on based some event condition?

The Requirement is based on -- First I will look for a particular event in the log repeatedly. If that particular event matches, then I need to Deliver one dashboard in a PDF format to some Email address at the same point.
