If I understand your question correctly, that can be done by opening the format dialog and set "Show Data Values" to On.

I have tried that (setting "Show Data Values" to On).but its not working. Do you have any other way?

have a question what if we want to show data values of more than thousands with "k"
ex., 1000 = 1k or 2000=2k
on the bar graph not on the x-axis or y-axis
