how to build a dashboard with drop-down menu with multiple unique strings

I am new to Splunk and trying to build a dashboard with a drop-down menu.
Ex : like a tree structure below

Domain Name 
                  - Error code
                                  - Errortype1
                                  - Errortype2

I have looked at some of related solutions but they didn't help me achieve what i was looking for.
Please advise

Would also suggest to install "Splunk 6.x Dashboard Examples" app from Splunkbase. It has several examples, including the one you need "Cascading Form Inputs".
