Splunk Jenkins Plugin and Visualization

Hello,

I am trying to use Splunk to monitor and visualize a DevOps pipeline. In general terms the pipeline is composed of the following stages:

Build -> UnitTest -> RegressionTest -> CM -> Deploy

We are using Jenkins to implement the pipeline.

Here are the my questions:

1) Is there a Jenkins plugin or Splunk plugin that I should use to transfer logs from Jenkins to Splunk?

2) Is there a way to create a dashboard pipeline visualization? So, as Jenkins logs an stage complete, Splunk automatically changes the color of the stage in the dashboard.

3) If there is nothing that I can use to visualize the pipeline as a pipeline, I noticed the following type of visualization online:

What is the name of this type of visualizations so I can use them to represent the pipeline stages?

Please let me know if you have any questions, thank you for your help.
