      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I need to create a form in which there should be two radio buttons.Each radio button has its own textboxes and  searches .Can anyone say how to do in simple xml of splunk.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
