You might want to look into using a webhook alert action:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hopefully you got this straightened out, but you can use the Splunkbase app for xMatters, found here: &lt;A href="https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/2901/"&gt;https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/2901/&lt;/A&gt;. You can use the Alert Action webhooks, but the splunkbase app helps manage the integration to xMatters better. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
