      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is &lt;A href="https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/8.2.0/ReleaseNotes/Deprecatedfeatures#What_does_.22deprecated.22_mean.3F" target="_self"&gt;what deprecated means&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I strongly recommend you consider the current approach and build a &lt;A href="https://www.google.com/search?q=splunk+custom+alert+action&amp;amp;oq=splunk+custom+al&amp;amp;aqs=chrome.0.0l2j69i57j0l2j69i60l3.3186j0j7&amp;amp;sourceid=chrome&amp;amp;ie=UTF-8" target="_self"&gt;custom alert action&lt;/A&gt;, as indicated by the UI message if this is something you will want to continue to use in the future.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
