    <description>&lt;P&gt;As with any web app, the obvious first steps are to clear cookies, clear local data, reload.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other than that - while some third party apps may cause this kind of problems, usually if it's just plain ES screen, it most often boils down to some third-party tool interference. Do you have any rev-proxy in the way? Does it modify/add any headers? That might be the cause. Check the developer console in your browser and see if there are any interesting messages there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I believe that the problem might be caused by internet access. Does your machine have internet access? Some JS and CSS files may be retrieved from the CDNs on the internet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
