      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am seeing the below issue,&lt;BR /&gt;
Httpsconnectionpool(host='phantomdev..com', port=XXX): max retries exceeded with url: /rest/ph_user?include_automation=true&amp;amp;&lt;EM&gt;filter_token&lt;/EM&gt;_key='' (caused by sslerror(sslerror(1, u'[ssl: certificate_verify_failed] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:741)'),))&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;i was trying to disable the ssl, which was in README, was not able to succeeded because of i haven't seen those conf.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
