We work for the same company and I want to know if accounts can see/view each other open cases.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;@ somesoni2 is correct you will need to be assigned to the same entitlement as your colleague to view and update each others cases.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
