You're free to ask your question here, but if you want to get an answer from Splunk's support folks I'd go to the main Splunk website > Support > Support Portal and that will let you open a case with them.

I'd include the link to their support portal (hosted by Sales Force) but I'm too new and can't link to external sites yet. 😞 ( https://splunk.my.salesforce.com/home/home.jsp )

Link provided 🙂 In addition to the above, I'd ask here first. Unless its a production impacting issue you will find people here quick to answer, helpful and above all else it gets you involved with the community.

You can go to www.splunk.com and click on the Support pull down menu and then on the support portal which is the last item. You will need your authorized credentials to log into the support portal.
